Intern Experience - Yahya

I felt like a newcomer at Project Search but I was excited because I was going to work. I felt like I was meeting new people and new friends and making new relationships.

For my first rotation I worked in the Dementia and Delerium Team, helping the patients by doing wordsearches, crosswords, dancing with them.

For my second rotation I was a Ward Host in Fern Ward and I helped to serve the food, clean the dishes, organise the cupboards and load the dishwasher. I also took the patients dinner orders on the ipad.

Now for my third rotation, I am part of the Procurement Team, where I deliver boxes and items to each ward when they order things.

I am now looking for kitchen porter or kitchen assistant jobs and I would like to work full-time.
